Why I weep.

A fossilized religion weeps
in the pages of
a scripture, a ritual,
or in the sanctum of a shrine.

“Why is this human
you kill in my name
not divine?”

Both are creations.
The former, yours.
But the human you kill today
was mine.

Also, I will be removing your link from D'verse post. Even though this is in 44 words, the post is not about the theme of dance ~ Thanks for visiting the pub ~

Oh... I thought dance was cited as an example to the theme. Quick reading errors:)
As for the link, we write for mutual inspiration and to connect, not to compete for forms. So its k.

  7. Guess humans have forgotten that religion was made to give peace but today it is the biggest cause of restlessness and violence.

  8. Why religion is brought down hard on events. So much so it is an ideal excuse to impose in many different ways. If only everyone can be accepted of whatever creed. The world would be a peaceful place!
